Suspension and Withdrawal Policy

GQNet may suspend or withdraw certification if a certified person: • Misuses certificate or logo • Provides false information • Violates the code of conduct • Fails to meet surveillance or recertification requirements • Breaches examination rules • Acts in a manner that damages certification credibility Affected persons are notified in writing and may appeal per the Appeals Procedure.
