Complaints & Appeals
APPEALS
Candidates may appeal decisions related to eligibility, examination result, certification decision, suspension, withdrawal, or recertification.
All appeals are reviewed independently and fairly.
1. File within 30 days of the original decision via the candidate portal or email complaints@gqnet.in.
2. Appeals are assigned to personnel not involved in the original decision.
3. Outcomes are communicated in writing with documented rationale.
COMPLAINTS
Any person or organization may submit a complaint regarding GQNet certification services, certified persons, examination centres, or the certification process.
GQNet investigates complaints objectively and takes appropriate corrective action where required.
1. Submit via the portal or email complaints@gqnet.in with your name, contact, and a clear description.
2. GQNet acknowledges receipt and assigns a case reference.
3. An impartial officer investigates and documents findings and corrective actions.
