How to Become GQNet Certified
GQNet follows a transparent certification process to ensure every candidate is assessed fairly and objectively.
Step 1: Application — The candidate submits the certification application with required documents, qualifications, experience details, and applicable fee.
Step 2: Eligibility Review — GQNet reviews the application to confirm whether the candidate meets the eligibility requirements of the selected certification scheme.
Step 3: Examination / Assessment — Eligible candidates are assessed through one or more of the following methods:
- Written examination
- Online examination
- Oral interview
- Practical assessment
- Portfolio review
- Experience verification
- Competency demonstration
Step 4: Evaluation — Assessment results are evaluated by competent and authorized personnel according to the applicable certification criteria.
Step 5: Certification Decision — An independent certification decision is made based on objective evidence and assessment results.
Step 6: Certificate Issuance — Successful candidates receive a GQNet certificate mentioning certification scope, validity, certificate number, and verification details.
Step 7: Surveillance / Monitoring — Where required by the certification scheme, certified professionals may be subject to surveillance or continued competence monitoring.
Step 8: Recertification — Certified professionals must renew their certification before expiry by demonstrating continued competence, work experience, and professional development.
