GQ Net Certification Body ("GQ Net", "we") processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and ISO/IEC 17024 requirements for personnel certification. 1. DATA WE COLLECT We collect identity data, contact details, educational and professional qualifications, examination records, payment references, surveillance and recertification evidence, and communications related to complaints and appeals. 2. PURPOSE Data is used solely for certification and registration decisions, examination delivery, certificate issuance, public registry publication (where applicable), impartiality management, and regulatory compliance. 3. LEGAL BASIS Processing is based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating an accredited certification body, and legal obligations. 4. SHARING We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing occurs with impartial examiners, decision-makers, accreditation bodies, and proctoring partners under confidentiality agreements. 5. RETENTION Records are retained per scheme requirements and accreditation obligations, typically 7 years after certification expiry or withdrawal. 6. YOUR RIGHTS You may request access, correction, or restriction of processing by contacting privacy@gqnet.in. 7. SECURITY Technical and organizational controls protect candidate data including encrypted storage and role-based access in the admin portal.
