CERTIFICATION RULES 1. APPLICATION Candidates must submit complete and accurate application information, qualifications, experience evidence, and applicable fees. 2. ELIGIBILITY Only candidates meeting published scheme requirements may proceed to examination or assessment. 3. ASSESSMENT Assessment methods may include written, online, oral, practical, portfolio, or experience verification as defined per scheme. 4. DECISION Certification decisions are made independently based on objective evidence by authorized personnel. 5. CERTIFICATE Issued certificates state scope, validity, certificate number, and verification details. 6. MAINTENANCE Certificants must comply with code of conduct, surveillance, and recertification requirements. 7. SUSPENSION OR WITHDRAWAL GQNet may suspend or withdraw certification for misuse, false information, misconduct, or failure to meet requirements.
